HOW CAN MY NON-PROFIT PARTNER WITH LANGWAGE ARTS?

If you either run or serve a non-profit organization that focuses on serving youth, and you would like to partner with Langwage Arts, please contact us at customerservice@langwagearts.com for the next steps.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to notify us at customerservice@langwagearts.com to cancel your order. After 24 hours have elapsed, the order will be considered final and need to be processed as a return.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of the ship date on your shipping label for exchange or store credit. PLEASE NOTE: All vintage items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to customerservice@langwagearts.com for a return authorization. Please explain your concerns, and whether you would like to make an exchange or receive store credit, you should send the item(s) purchased to the address below, and once we receive it, we will promptly exchange or issue a credit as you instruct within 10-12 business days. If you prefer a store credit, please specify in the email. For international orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for returns. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization email.

IF SOMETHING IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE REPLENISHED?

We rarely reproduce items. At langwagearts.com we don’t generally offer large quantities.
If you have a special request, please notify us.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once the order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number
at http://www.usps.com/ to track your package.

I WANTED TO EXCHANGE MY ITEMS BUT WHAT 
I WANTED ISN’T AVAILABLE, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize for this inconvenience. In this situation, we ask that you either select a different item
or you can receive store credit for future purchases.

I MADE A RETURN, HOW LONG DOES MY STORE CREDIT LAST?

Online store credits are valid for 180 days from the time Langwage Arts receives the returned items.

DO I NEED TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY RETURNED ITEM?

You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. We will cover the costs of shipping the item back to you.
