Returns.

14-DAY RETURN POLICY: Please wait for a return authorization and address to send your approved return. We are not responsible for any item returned without prior approval.  Contact customerservice@langwagearts.com for approval.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of the receipt of your item.  Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise, different sizes, or a store credit against future purchases. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn and must include original tags and original packaging.

Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

Once the item(s) is returned, the Langwage Arts support team will keep a record of your store credit. Whenever you are ready to use your credit, simply send an email to customerservice@langwagearts.com

 stating what items you would like, and the order will be processed from there.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Online store credits are valid for 180 days from the time the returned items are received by Langwage Arts. All questions and inquiries can be answered by sending an email to

customerservice@langwagearts.com please allow at least 24 hours for a response.

Prior to returning your item, please email us for a Return Authorization. This way, we can keep an eye out for your package. We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized returns. The customer will be held responsible for covering shipping costs both ways on returned items. Langwage Arts will cover the costs of shipping if and only if it is an error on Langwage Arts’s side.

Please note that all sale and discounted items are FINAL SALE. Langwage Arts cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
